Eh, same thing we've been hearing for months. Though I do think it's going to happen and the Big 12 is going to implode eventually. The crap the other schools were forced to swallow to appease Texas and keep them in, that conference doesn't have very long.
Yup and Texas will either join the PAC-12 or just say fuck everyone and go Independent.
Not that too many people really care but sounds like Schnellenberger is going to announce his retirement at the end of this season today. There's a press conference at 4pm to make "an important announcement about the future of the FAU football program". This is the last year of his contract so it only makes sense.
Wouldn't surprise me to see Indie out of them, at least short term, as they have a friggin' money machine and want to be THE program out there.
And have their own TV network.
Yeah, huge exposure they have planned on that thing. Hence why the Big12 is pissed, lol.

It's sad to see what has happened to the WAC and what will happen to the Big 12. I'm not a big fan of super conferences at all.
