What if Crable had hit Smith only 6 inches lower?

What if Colt McCoy had held onto the ball for 1 second longer?

What if they didn't call pass interference on Miami in 2002?

Well, that would have just been a missed call.

And for the record, it was 2003

What if they run the time off the clock like they normally do in a game, and don't review it?

It means Cincinnati is in the National Championship Game. That would have been terrible.

Well, it was my 19th birthday, so I'm a stickler on the year

What if Colt McCoy didn't get hurt in the National Championship?

What if Tim Tebow converted on 4th and 1 against Ole Miss

What if Nebraska played Michigan in 1997? Well then Nebraska would be the only undefeated school in the country

What if an undefeated and VERY talented WVU didn't get screwed out of a chance at the National Championship game in '93 by a Florida State team that had wasn't undefeated (11-1) and instead of going on to play Florida in the Gator Bowl (who very few teams matched up well against) we would have played Nebraska for the National Championship (who we matched up with FAR better)?

As the 31-0 game in 94 showed. Who was the player of the game for WVU? Oh yeah, the punter!

What if the refs would have gotten the call right on the illegal play that saved the Huskers from a loss against Mizzou?

What is Osborne hadn't retired that year? Then, the voters would have voted logically, not emotionally. What if the Huskers could have relied on their on-field play to get votes instead of lobbying via the media to do so?

    HA!

Oh yeah, Scott Frost's mom is an immature, sad lady. Incredibly petty and disgrace to Husker nation.

Completely different team. Lost half of our defense, didn't have Kelchner (who gave us the ability to have a 1-2 punch at QB and who was the better pure passing threat), and Robert Walker (our starting RB) was on the decline after having his best season in '93 (and one of the best ever at WVU).

We got screwed out of a chance to play for the National Championship with probably one of our best teams to ever play on Mountaineer Field.

Let's not blame the offense for that one. The passing game did a lot better than I expected. The real culprit was the defense which was ranked very high (team rankings in college are VERY overrated) and failed terribly. They couldn't get any stops when they needed to.
