Ole Miss' offense was simply no match for the Gators defense who put up 16 points of their own as Florida cruised to another victory. Ole Miss' only score of the game came on Florida's first play from scrimmage when Mack Brown coughed up the ball and a d-lineman ran it back to the house.
I'm aiming to advance the OD late Monday night since we have all CPU games this week in the OD.
I play likely tonight after I play ryby in Powerhouse.
FYI - the CPU doesn't feel any better/tougher than previous seasons. In fact it feels easier. However, that could be in large part due to my new playbook which allows for a more balanced attack.

Try the sliders I posted in the slider discussion thread. Maybe before next season we can get concrete feedback (by more than just me and Marlowe) to give cdj more help in getting them set. They're not where I'd have them now, but cdj can only roll with the feedback he gets. Marlowe's set is pretty close to mine, but I think his tackling is too low. Look in the OD at User HB stats and you will see a marked decline in yards-per-carry this year, which is a step in the right direction.

This is a rather craptastic recruiting pool. I am glad I am only losing 5 guys this season. Hopefully the offseason recruiting is better.
Baton Rouge, LA
The Gators continued their impressive run in Death Valley as the Florida defense dominated the LSU offense the entire ball game. The LSU front 7 was impressive but in the end the Tigers' secondary simply could not keep up with the speed and route running capabilities of the receivers and tight ends of Florida.
South Carolina's RB Latimore (beast) came to play forcig the Kentucky wildcats into passing mode for almost the entire game. Lucky Latimore lost a fumble on a kick off return which proved to be the difference in KU's victory.
I have some relatives in town so I'll try to advance sometime this weekend for those remaining. Hopefully from there we can get back to the advance twice a week schedule.
I will be advancing this evening when I get home from a day out with the fam. We;ll then try and get back to advancing twice a week!
Notre Dame is done. Steelerfan, JBHuskers (recruiting only) and Escobar remain.
