Yes, he has a VERY good case. More fans need to do this to say FUCK the NFL and those greedy bastards (the players just as much as the owners, but the players that much more).

I'm no attorney, but this guy is wasting his time.
But yet...he's a millionaire  enjoy lighting your money on fire.Ken Lanci, a self-made millionaire who ran unsuccessfully last year for the top county government job in Cleveland, filed the lawsuit Thursday in Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court.
"It's a fight between billionaires and millionaires," Lanci said Friday in a phone interview. "There isn't any sympathy for multimillionaires. It's just not going to happen. And somebody has to stand up and say, 'Enough's enough.' "
Being a Raiders fan I will be extremely upset if the season is lost. Key questions will go unanswered... like:
1. How many coaches will Al Davis fire?
2. How many draft picks that AL Davis draft turn out as busts?
3. How many threats will Al Davis issue about moving the team?
4. How many emails will Al Davis and his marketing team send me about getting season tickets? (even though I live in Vcr, Canada...)
5. How many times will Al Davis sue his own current and former employees? etc. etc. etc
I NEEED my Raiders football.
Honestly, I look at that and I'm just reminded how much I despise PSLs.

I honestly dont mind if they start a season with scabs.
eventually the players will just have to give in and get their millions and shut up
From Mort:
Chad Pennington can't catch a break, needs ACL surgery after injury in pick-up basketball game.
Isn't that the truth, the only person alive that push down a lazyboy recliner and tear his rotator cuff
This shows you how much NFL players are suffering during this crisis. We should start a charity.
Feed the Athletes...
"In a down economy, with greedy owners refusing to "Let Us Play", it is heartbreaking to see the athletes struggling to put enough alcohol in the bloodstreams of their entourage on these lavish casino excursions. How can we just stand by and let them, their baby mommas, their siblings, their cousins, their childhood buddies all go sober at the roulette wheel? YOU can help. Call the number at the bottom of the screen and tell Feed the Athletes that you want you want to sponsor an athlete. For just $100 a day, about the cost of a tank of gas, you can make sure that these innocent athletes, and their entire posses, never have to go sober again. When you give to Feed the Athletes, you'll receive an autographed picture* of the athlete you've sponsored and you'll get regular police reports to track your athlete's progress. Call today. Make sure that no athlete, and no one he supports, ever has to be sober again."
