I'm kinda surprised to see Create-a-Stadium is only an 8 seed and the Highlight Show is only a 9. And people have been asking for an AD Mode for years too but thats completely absent. Thought I saw them all in a lot of wishlists this past year.
Was the list actually discussed with the NCAA team before being finalized here, so that they could veto things that may have been impossible for 12 like AD Mode? Either way its cool that the team will actually take the results of the poll into consideration this year.
Also, wasn't this tournament on ncaastrategies last year?

The list wasn't shown to the team in advance. A lot of the items discussed when mentioning AD Mode were pulled out into their own items: Create-a-Stadium, Contracted Schedules, Player Morale & Discipline, etc. Having them as one item would have been 'stacking' the deck with a large super feature and we wanted each feature to be their own in the tourney so they stand on their own merits.

Highlight Shows were not mentioned quite as much in the last year or so compared to before, but still enough to warrant a mid-level seed. Create-a-Stadium is a tough one as some schools (or NCAA) may not want an option for their stadiums to be swapped out and if it's only available for TeamBuilder squads, would it be used that much? It was still a popular request, so it also received a mid-level seed.

I think it's a fantastic list, but I would have loved to see Route Based Passing as one of the options. Personally I feel this could add a lot of value to the game, and may even help the development team address some of the inherent issues with pass defense and WR/CB interactions.

We'll be doing something focusing only on gameplay once this tourney is over. That is a great idea, though.

I just want to thank Chris, Jeremy and Tommy for putting a lot of work into this. I'm seeing a lot of quality suggestions/wishes that haven't been talked about in quite some time. I know it must've been excruciating tedium to comb through all the threads here and procure these 68 entrants.

Actually, I just enabled predictions on the BracketMaker.com site. I'm honestly not sure exactly how it works but I imagine you'll need to create an account at that site. Looks like once you go to the link I posted, then click on the "Championship Bracket", then click "Predict It!" above the bracket itself.

Last week, I sent my resume' to Tiburon with a cover letter stating that I would be the perfect candidate to implement Selectable Stadiums and Weather for Online Play and I could also implement a Chant Creator system. It's not looking too good for me.

I would love to see route based passing as an option. Ie. hold L2 and hit a receiver icon and have them throw the ball before a WR breaks. I think the lack of route based passing really hurts throwing to your outside WRs. The comeback routes and deep outs are too hard to complete because of this. Combine that with slot CBs blitzing all day and your #3 WR often leads the team in catches (or at least gets too many).

i really hope that the generic team types dont require you to carry a minimum number of players at a certain position. "spread" teams shouldnt be forced to carry a fullback and even tight ends, if they dont want to. also, why cant we only have one kicking specialist to do both the kicking and punting jobs?
