Disaster strikes late as Bryce Beall's fumble in the 4th qtr results in a 30-23 loss to the hated ECU Pirates.

First time I've seen this....CLW blocks my XP, but my holder picks up the ball and takes it in for two....this was nuts!

I've played a TON of NCAA since the Bill Walsh days and I have NEVER seen that happen much less in a HUM v. HUM game.

How did you block the kick in the first place? That was one of the craziest plays I've seen.

Not entirely sure. I chose the MLB as I almost always do(did not move him pre snap). Once I saw the ball snapped, I pressed down and sprint and a hole just opened up right up the gut. I pressed jump and next thing I know the ball is bouncing around. (Normally My guy just runs into the line and I jump up to no avail)

I dive for it trying to end the play but it ends up in the arms of his holder/qb who runs outside and slips out of the dive tackle attempts for a 2 PT Conv.

As Ernie Harwell used to say, "Two for the price of one!" (when the Tigers would turn a double play).

THERE is so much in the game in the way of teams and places you forget to check it all out.

I had no clue that this is what Northwestern looked like until yesterday haha

Year 5, Game 2 @ Notre Dame. I'm ranked #1 and trying to win my first National Championship.

I fall behind 20-0 and I lost 3 fumbles during this game. I fight back to tie it at 20 with one minute left (we both missed an XP - doh!). Then with 21 seconds left on the clock, this play happens.

The DB freaking tips the ball to the ND WR for the game winning TD and only 8 seconds left. The play was 3rd and 10 from my 38 so ND was most likely punting or attempting an unmakeable FG and we go to OT. I'm crushed. It ended up being my #1 greatest game (1385 score).

My starting QB is now out for 4 weeks after beating Bama 13-10. At least I won that game.

    (Forgot about team smilies)

That's a tough way to lose a game, Rudy.
