I'm gonna be gone until Sunday evening or Monday afternoon but I figure we'll be in week 1 by then and if I just have recruiting, I'll try to do it through the online feature if you guys are waiting on me or something.

Just got an e-mail that states the OD is ready to advance...good work fellas! I'll do my preseason stuff first thing when I get home and then get schedules set up so everyone has 3 user games, and then advance to week one!

Weird, I haven't done the preseason stuff yet. Just started it, but don't have time to finish now. Won't be able to get to finish it until later tonight.

Yeah if you start it it will mark you as ready on preseason. I'll just hold off until tomorrow then. I'll plan on advancing tomorrow night around 5PM.

Schedule is done so everyone has three user games but the defending champion LSU has four. Also everyone has six home and six away games. That was the best I could work it out.

Lost the opening week game to #3 Ohio State 33-26 in OT. Jacory Harris is 97 OVR and over threw a wide open WR in the end zone on 4th down in OT

Unranked Maryland gives #2 LSU a scare in Death Valley, but comes up short losing 29-27. Turnovers were the biggest difference in the game. Maryland had 3 while LSU had none. Maryland's defense forced 5 FG attempts by LSU, keeping them in the game. but a fumble with under 2 minutes to go after getting an onsides kick ended the day for the Terps.

Davin Meggett was the player of the game for Maryland, with 17 carries 146 yards 3 TDs

Well at least it's good to know I'm still in contention in the ACC

I'm still shocked that I got that onsides kick. first time ever I think. my HB corp had so many injuries though. my speedster HB is gone for 3-4 weeks I believe, Meggett got injured for a quarter in that game, and it was my back-up HB that fumbled at the end. it seems I always fall short in the end of user games. ugh...

Northwestern falls in their season opener to #1 Alabama 37-19. The Wildcats came out of the gates slow and could not overcome an early 20-0 deficit. The Wildcats made a decent run at the Tide in the second half but just could not come all the way. Dan Persa had 296 yards and a touchdown pass in the loss, while Arby Fields ran for 74 yards.

Northwestern will look to rebound next week as they take on Army.
