well Scott lasted 2 quarters. first carry in the 3rd quarter, out for the game.

    14 carries 56 yards 1 TD.

still a good season for him, breaking the school record and all, but man, it seemed like he got hurt every single game.

well, Nevermind. I forced him to play a little more.

Maryland defeats Georgia 20-3 in the chick-fil-A bowl. Defense and ball control was the key for the Terps. A great way to end the season. Da Rel Scott won player of the game, although noticeably in pain(was a lot slower) after a 3rd quarter injury, but he continued to play until the 4th when he was benched for the final drive to run out the clock. Scott finished with 24 carries 111 yards 1 TD. MLB Alex Wujiak had 10 tackles on the day and a forced fumble. he finished with 91 solo tackles(115 total tackles) in the season. I will really miss him(he is a senior)

Georgia was held to 92 yards of total offense, while Maryland racked up 340 yards. only 1 turnover in the game, fumble by Georgia. Maryland easily won the T.O.P. with 23:35 to Georgia's 8:25.

Well Northwestern ended the year at 10-3 by defeating Tennessee in the Gator bowl. Sidney Stewart went over 1000 yards receiving for the year in the game and linebacker Devine ended the season with 90 total tackles. Looking forward to off season recruiting and what a 10 win season will bring my Northwestern team in that.

LSU is your BCS National Champions!!!! Took down a tuff Boise St. team. I apologize to you guys for not keeping the board updated with how my games went, but I just don't have a whole lot of time to spare at the moment. The SEC championship was a shocker as Tennessee took the lead with 34 seconds left. Thankfully I had all 3 timeouts and they left the middle of the field wide open for 3 big gains and allowed me to get into fg range to kick the game winning fg. Hopefully sometime in the near future all get a little more free time to do writeups on a consistent basis. Looking forward to next season!

I'm all for knocking out the end of season stuff this weekend, but I work 7am to 5pm eastern Saturday and Sunday, and my kids do not go to sleep til 800pm eastern. I will be on as much as possible during my down time.

Shoot I forgot Iowa plays Arizona at 1030pm eastern on Saturday as well. But if all goes well I can squeeze in a couple hours on Saturday after 8pm before the game and be on after 8pm on Sunday to finish it up.

for me, I wont need to do too much in the off-season. my recruiting class is basically done. I'll check out the 'new' recruits that generates in the off-season and see if any are interested in me and if they're any good. other than that, my actual recruiting is done for this year. I had a pretty small class leaving(12 or so seniors), so I didn't need to recruit that many players. just need to do the other things(players leaving, position changes, etc...)
