Putin is OWNING Obama right now and calling him on his feeble bluff. Russia has been basically bribing most of Europe's power players for years now with all kinds of cash to Banks, etc... Europe won't do squat now b/c they are basically in bed with the Russians. Putin knows Obama won't go it alone so he could invade all of Eastern Europe right now and get away with it.

Well, in all honesty it was Romney that claimed Russia was a threat to world stability and it was the President that was caught telling Medvedev that he would have greater flexibility
whatever that means

Ok, I get that Romney called it (and I'll give him his due credit), the point still remains that it's highly unlikely that Putin bows to his demands either. Putin clearly has his own agenda and no matter whom the president is, he'd do what he wanted.

You're a lawyer. The dude got off on a technicality. You should appreciate it. Now, I'm sure, the legislature will fix the loophole so it's completely illegal. It's definitely immoral and completely unethical (and the dude should get his ass whooped by all the husbands/boyfriends/brothers/etc. of the women he violated) but the way the law is apparently written, not illegal.
