No this is a different one, the one you are talking about he had me at one I believe. I'll need to see but it was the 6-4 one that I know I had the lead on and 2nd for the other

edit: your right it was the one you had a lead on.

I've only had trouble with it once....and that was when I attempting to schedule a visit late in the season and didn't have any available weeks. I'll start back once all my top targets make their decision....better chance of having an error on the website than the game freezing on me.

USC has 11 coming to town for the Oklahoma State game this week... including the #1 HB and #1 QB. Hopefully I gain get them to waiver on the soft commits they have to Texas.

  4. #64
As long as you don't land the two guys you and I are fighting over you can take all the Texas leans you want.

Well you might be in luck with the QB from CN since I just landed the #2, but that Tackle is just itching to be a Trojan.

Yeah that is what I am worried about online he is listed as 100% to you, but I held off until this week when he is visiting to offer...so I am hoping the 400+ point week, plus offer, plus visit will sway him my way. May help that I also have a Rival for his visit as well.

That's hilarious prime - completely forgot about that movie. Great line in the beginning - I think I broke my d*ck coach....rub some dirt on it and get back out there.

    [4star]TE (#3) Kenard Robinson 6'6 257 lbs Cordele, GA [espnu150]

Kenard chose FSU over Alabama, Michigan, and UF

With size and speed similar to the top TE prospect FSU brought in last year (Quentin Dawson) FSU coaches are drooling are creating mismatches in the passing game, and opening large running lanes out of power sets with 2 6'6+ 250+ TEs.

Michigan Signs 4 in Week 6:

    Fred Manning - OC #5
    Saskatoon, CN
    6'2'' 279 LBS
    4-Star

Acceleration B+, Impact Block B-, Strength B-, Run Block Footwork C+, Run Block Strength B-, Pass Block Footwork B, Pass Block Strength B

    Evaluation:

Manning is a very good technician with the playing strength to become a dominant player as his career develops. Possesses the size and athleticism we like to see for the center's position at the major level of competition. Does a good job as a defensive tackle showing the playing strength necessary to hold the point of attack with good R&R skills; is active in pursuit able to make plays down the line on scrimmage. Displays good flexibility when snapping the ball; works well with the QB up underneath and with consistency from the shotgun set. We see a blocker capable of coming off the ball with good initial quickness and a flat back, flashes explosion with good fit, base and leg drive; gets movement off the L.O.S. when covered. Is able to backside block effectively and front side reach when shaded. This prospect is a very good zone blocker; works well to the 2nd level and is capable of gaining position on linebackers; plays on his feet well in space. Presently we see a player with the ability to make all the necessary run blocks at this stage of his development. Demonstrates very good toughness in pass protection; has good short set quickness; shows good immediate bend and quick long arms. His initial punch, location and extension are advanced; plays stout against the bull rush with effectiveness and is not easily overpowered. Shows the skill to slide and play flat footed, keeping himself in front of the rusher. Although Manning may not be an immediate starter at the major level of competition, the tough, finishing attitude displayed leads us to believe this player will have a long and productive career.

    William Logan - OLB #1
    Ravenna, OH
    6'3'' 215 LBS
    5-Star

Speed B, Acceleration A, Tackle B-, Play Recognition B-, Block Shedding C+, Pursuit B, Zone Coverage B, Man Coverage B, Strength B-, Finesse Moves C+

    Evaluation:

Logan is a turnover machine with his tremendous versatility and ball hawking skills. Possesses the size and great athleticism we like to see for the outside linebacker position at the major level of competition. As a running back he shows strong downhill toughness, running over his pads with the ability to break tackles. Shows excellent flexibility, balance and quickness from the 4-3 alignment; is quick to K&D with instincts which immediately get him to the football vs. both the run and pass. Displays the ability to play the run from a walk off alignment or as an inside backer; can play downhill vs. the inside run; capable of taking on and defeating blockers at the point of attack with good stack ability. Is quick to the edge; can avoid and beat blockers; works through traffic very well with excellent pursuit habits and closing burst. This is an advanced coverage player; can crossover into short / medium zones with eyes on the QB and good route awareness. Is disciplined, demonstrating very good break on the ball with excellent hands; has many interceptions. Can line up on the L.O.S. with the skill to take on and defeat blockers; can keep contain while showing very good blitz quickness and timing off the edge; has a very good closing burst to the QB. We see very good wrap tackling skills, especially in space with some one arm potential, illustrating his upper body playing strength. This guy is a full time, every down player with the potential to make big, game changing plays from a variety of defensive alignments; his playing speed and pursuit habits are excellent. Logan has immediate starting potential. If this doesn't materialize, early playing time and special team's contributions would seem likely.

    Brandon Coe - DT #12
    Gar Home-Whitford, OR
    6'3'' 277 LBS
    4-Star

    Strength B, Tackle C+, Power Moves C+, Block Shedding C+, Pursuit C+, Hit Power C, Jumping B-

    Evaluation:

Coe may not be a 300 pound defensive tackle prospect, but he is a physical and strong player in the trenches. On paper he lacks ideal bulk and will need to add some size to help him some, but overall he has a good frame to grow into and on film looks to have a nice wingspan for his build. He also comes across as a pretty thickly built kid and while under 280 pounds he in no way comes across as a skinny defensive lineman. He has a good get-off. He can be good with his hands and when he shoots them and uses that reach he can press blockers off of him. Displays good overall strength and when he fires off the ball and generates power from his lower body he can stand a blocker up and hold his ground. Will come off the ball a little high at times. Does a good job of being able to shed and will come across the line and stay square. Runs well for his size and pursues to the ball and can help be a factor on the perimeter. While he can be active with his hands and shed well he does like to spin out of blocks and it can be effective, but he can seem to go to it a little too often at times and can get caught when he turns his back. A good tackler that can deliver some punishing blows. As a pass rusher he can bull rush his way back and will try and work to the shoulder to come off the block, but needs to be careful to not take the whole man and get caught up. Needs to work to use those weapons more to swat blockers hands down. Coe can use some more bulk, but he is a strong and physical kid who can take on blocks and be productive.

    Ricky Woods - OLB #2
    Sunrise Manor, NV
    6'4'' 215 LBS
    4-Star

Speed B-, Acceleration A, Tackle B-, Play Recogniton B, Block Shedding C+, Pursuit B-, Zone Coverage C+, Man Coverage C+, Hit Power B-, Strength B-, Power Moves, C Finesse Moves C+

    Evaluation

Woods is an explosive athlete who possesses great playing speed and is difficult to handle in both run and passing situations. We like his size and athleticism for the outside linebacker position at the major level of competition. Displays very good flexibility and initial quickness as an OLB in the 3-4 alignment; from a two point stance this prospect demonstrates very quick strong hands; can take on and defeat the drive block while playing with the leverage to maintain containment. Has the ability to beat blockers with a quick inside gap move which allows him to close quickly on inside run plays, quite often resulting in negative yardage. On occasion he will get in a three point stance as a DE demonstrating the initial quickness and playing strength to take on and defeat blockers vs. the run and pass. When asked to play in coverage he shows the ability to get depth from a L.O. S. alignment or play walked off. When this occurs his ability to recognize underneath routes is evident, demonstrating good plant and close skill. This guy is deployed more as an edge rusher; is very productive beating blockers up field to harass and sack QB's, resulting in many sacks, hurries and fumbles, creating havoc in the backfield; is capable of physically dominating protection guys or employing his edge quickness and change of direction moves to pressure the QB. We like his dominant tackling skills; can wrap with the ability to punish while demonstrating very good balance in space. There is a definite spot for this player on special teams. This a very active, tough and aggressive player who pursues well and doesn't take plays off. Has reaped the benefit of playing in a defense that has allowed him to attack vertically without a lot of read and reaction skill. May have peaked physically as well. That said, Woods could see early playing time as he continues to grow and polish his skills in the area of pass coverage. A very good prospect.

    Deon Brown
    #2 HB | #5 OVR
    [5star] [espnu150]
    6'0 202 lbs
    West Hempstead, NY

Brown along with current Freshman HB Brandon Mangum will make a great compliment to speedster HB Montee Ball and fit the mold that the Wisconsin coaching staff look for a in runner. He will likely contribute his true freshman year while Mangum potentially redshirts. He chose Wisconsin over offers from LSU and Notre Dame.

    Brett Chavis
    #3 FS | #53 OVR
    [4star] [espnu150]
    6'3 212lbs
    Olympia, WA

Brett is the ideal Free Safety signing that the Badgers were looking for. With top speed and top acceleration, he can cover the entire width of the field from sideline to sideline. He still has a bit to work on regarding his coverage skills but will have that opportunity in his first couple of years. Depending on whether he has ability running the football will determine whether he starts in the return game or redshirts his freshman year. He chose Wisconsin over offers from Virginia Tech, CLemson, Auburn, and Oregon.

    Donny Merritt
    #5 P | #585 OVR
    [3star]
    6'4 223lbs
    Bayonet Point, FL

Donny kick ball... Donny kick ball far. Or more eloquently, this kid has a freaking catapult for a leg. He'll make a great addition to the Wisconsin special teams which sees both their starting Punter and Kicker depart after this season. Merritt will likely remain a punter while current redshirting Freshman Punter Dan Carter will likely slide over to the kicking duties. Merritt had offers from Florida State and Texas.

The staff at PSU are currently fumbling and bumbling with their current recruiting class and rumors are swirling about a split amongst the staff. If this staff doesn't get things in line real fast they could find themselves in real trouble.

We think Marcus will be a great fit to our style of play. We would like his pass blocking to be a little better for a tackle but he can work on that once he gets here.

psuexv, you forgot to mention that his Strength is a B and his Acceleration is a A...I wanted him bad and firmly believe that if you wouldn't have had him in for a visit this week as well I would have landed him.
