And there's your issue. You can be the best damn recruiter on the planet, but if you can't coach for shit, you won't win. I firmly believe, you could create an Alabama team of their greatest players to ever play at Alabama, make Lane Kiffin their coach, and they'd find ways to fuck it up in multiple games.
