Amazon is just using placholder dates. Unless that's when you're supposed to be getting your personal console due to the wait.
If I had to bet I would say late November is vey likely. I have now received three pre-order conformation emails from Best Buy CANADA that the product will be shipped on or before Nov 30th. That would line up perfectly with Christmas season.
Yep I just switched my pre order from regular to launch day battlefield 4 plus plus bundle . I will end up with them both why not in a bundle
I've guestimated that it'll release either on November 14th or 15th, or a week prior. I can't quite remember if consoles released on Tuesdays like new games and music, if so then I think it'll release on the 5th or 12th. Plenty time before Black Friday to sell out, and then restock again.
I have the 5th/6th, and 12th/13th blocked off to take off. Hopefully it's one of those two weeks

Yeah, I'm thinking it's gonna be early enough to where they can restock multiple times before the real Christmas shopping time after Black Friday. I wouldn't be surprised if it is October 31.
I'd bet money last week of October or first week of November. That's Battlefield and Call of Duty launch time. It's the perfect time because yuppies by the truckload will line up to get those games on next gen systems. I'd have to imagine both Sony and Microsoft are smart enough to realize that.
Here's the thing, part of me thinks it'll be the week of the 19th, when the other launch titles are released, like Watch Dogs. It would be dumb to launch a title before it's launch titles are launched, unless the 3rd party publishers don't mind their games released early.

Granted the release date of October 29th for Battlefield 4 has been there for a while. It has that same date for the PS4. I wonder if there is anything to it. Doubt it. But who knows.
Amazon has already said that next gen games will likely ship before next gen systems, so who knows. We'll find out next month at Gamescom I'm sure.
If not then, then definitely at Tokyo Game Show.
