I'm still upset that as a HC you have no control on hiring/firing/retaining OC/DCs

Yeah I wish that were added as well. However, what I started to do last year to make things more interesting is to use the playbooks of my OC and DC. If those people change then my team adopts a new playbook or playbooks. Last year with my BYU dynasty I had to switch to a 3-4 when a new coordinator came in. I'm NOT a 3-4 guy so it was a real challenge.

Totally forgot to mention... the AGGRESSIVE ZONES issues is no longer an issue. I am not seeing teams use it by default.

in the recruiting tutorial vid, the guy who narrated it said that you can dump points into either recruiting them for your school, scouting them, or offering a scholarship. can you not do all 3 in one week anymore?

also, can someone check to see what 's base defense is?

As far as the recruiting goes, yes you can do all 3 as they are on different slides. One slide has scouting info and another has prospect info I believe where you offer a scholarship.

I like the game so far. Ran a game with Houston using the run an shoot offense its nice to be able to flip option routes and get some space on post routes vs 2 man under.

In NCAA 13 there was a problem of with the Squibb kick. 99 percent of the time when the team fielded the Squibb kick you fall down doing it. Cheese balls online loved to do this. Has this been fixed in ncaa 14?

Have anyone seen degresion the presentation yet? Where the players get dirty as the game goes on, grass stains, dirt stains, etc...

If you mean uniform degradation, yes they get progressively dirty, especially in rain or snow. All uni colors seem to degrade equally.
