so we can't start the next week til they are done, well since this is going on . what is everyone thoughts on the patch 2 and the tuner 2 do you guys think sliders need to be bumped ?
One of the biggest problems with ODs is the fact that everyone has a different skill level and different strengths/weaknesses in their game. I've also always been a fan of playing an entire season with a set of sliders before making a snap judgment and adjusting them. When the season is completed we can take a look at everyone's season stats and the stats of the OD as a whole to get a better understanding of where we may need to make adjustments and how big of an adjustment.
see my thing is so far in the three games everyone seems really good in the running game, but passing is a different story. but what also worries me which i'm sure noone would do here is that crazy pump fake glitch
how soon before we get crackin in the od?
I'm hoping to hear back tomorrow! I'm anxious to get back to it as well.
I will get commish duties transferred back shortly and we can get back to business! They will be making a fix server-side to fix the issue. I'll try and find out when that will be so that game can get thrown out, replayed, & then the week advanced.

hey cdj when we start back up will we start sunday on week 4 or will it be as soon as you can
I'm hoping they get the next server fix up this week which should allow us to throw out the Boise/Pitt game to be replayed, then the week can be advanced! They usually post upcoming server maintenance/downtime on the EA Forums, so I'm keeping a close eye on it.
Advancing the new week right now! I will be out of town from Thursday afternoon through Sunday evening, so the week will be advanced Sunday evening.
It's not a requirement, but I would ask everyone to try and use Dynasty Wire & Story Builder. You don't need to write a short novel, but maybe manage your highlights in post-game and a couple sentences. The goal is just to get some more activity within Dynasty Wire in our OD!
For those frustrated by Story Builder, here is a little advice. I've used it quite a bit.
First, I'd recommend typing anything up outside of Story Builder and Copying and Pasting it in. Personally, I type my articles on my BlackBerry as an email (sadly, this is because I type faster on my phone than a PC now, lol) and email it to myself. Then, when I'm ready to put it into Story Builder, I retrieve it on the PC and Copy and Paste. This will save you from any possibility of losing your article if the site fails to upload it. Also, for whatever reason, Story Builder only uploads stories for me if I'm using IE 7. Firefox fails every time. I hope this helps, I personally, would love to see more activity on DW.
cdj, it really bugs me (in case you didn't see the tweet) that your OD story links work and mine (actually, all of Powerhouse) don't.
