I'm assuming it may be a few months before we get a retail PS4 title, but I bet we will still get good PS4 PSN titles, and as you said streamed PS3 titles. I will still be using my PS3 for a good year or two after the PS4 is out to catch up on games. I'll be using it much more so than the PS2 after the PS3 came out for sure.
Hell, I still fire up my PS2 from time to time when I feel like playing some of the old Final Fantasies.
