Saints Row IV Gameplay footage from PAX.
I would rather go back to the SR 1& 2 formula. To wacky for me.
Same here they are going a little too over the top now, this was initially going to be an add-on expansion to the SR3 but THQ decided to release it as a full game before there ultimate downfall.
I am fine with the dlc being crazy that has always been the case but the actual release being crazy means this is about to become a dead franchise.

Ummmm, I dont think you are correct on that, but I am too lazy to actually find any old articles.
This was an expansion to SR3 and they turned it into an entire game in an attempt to boost earnings for the next (this) year. Could they have added more stuff absolutely, but the initial undertone and rationale of this storyline was an expansion to SR3 which is really all I am saying.

How on earth did I beat CLW to this news.
Biden: No legal problem with taxing violent games
Saw that he met with the Evangelical / Other Religious "leaders" re: taxing "violent" video games. I cannot be the only one posting anti-liberal/socialist/communist articles. Otherwise I'm the boy that cried wolf. Then again maybe not with the IRS and even the liberal AP's phone records being seized.
I'll go on record now that I am against taxing speech. I don't care how many "conservatives" Biden et al. can get behind the concept. I know that most in Hollywood and the video game industry are my political enemies, but that doesn't mean I am O.K. using big government/socialist tactics to go after them.
If religious people have problems with violent materials in games/movies/t.v. etc... it's simple don't buy the product. Cut the cable cord; don't buy the games; don't buy the tickets and buy products that show the values that are aligned with your own.
Biden never ceases to entertain, he is a walking SNL skit. The part that sucks about it is that it isn't funny, but rather painfully sad.

Reseburg admitted that Online Passes just don’t seem to be working. “Initially launched as an effort to package a full menu of online content and services, many players didn’t respond to the format. We’ve listened to the feedback and decided to do away with it moving forward.”
I know but at least some gamefly users will get a break for a few months.![]()

NPD for April 2013 is in.
There is an absence of Tiger Woods in this months Top 10 software, not a single EA game in the top 10 for that matter. People used to love Golf and Tennis games but now they have become the bastard child of the sports genre. I tried to like Dead Island Riptide (which shocked me to see it at #2) but it is pretty brutal in single player and really setup for co-op. Some areas of the game I just flung my controller and said screw it. Too many zombies at one time in certain areas, limited fast travel and why have a character that uses guns and yet you can never find a gun (not including the little get off the boat sequence before you start Chapter One) is beyond me. I loved the original and even though the end frustrated me to no end I finally took down the final boss. I hope they take some of this success and implement a difficulty setup for single player if they decide to continue the franchise, which I hope they do.
Xbox 360: 130K (-44.9%) [NPD: Top selling platform, so everything including handhelds is less.]
That is one slow ass month when you are the top at 130K. Sony and Nintendo continue to hide their numbers. We are used to it with Sony but Nintendo stopped posting their hardware numbers just after the WiiU was released and the Wii was outselling it.
* People who get the NPD are noting that the Wii did around 40K this month and the WiiU did 37K.
Oh and...
“The Xbox 360 was the top selling hardware platform, based on unit sales, for 21 months in a row.”

That is freaking funny as hell. Love it. I'm glad they are getting rid of the online, however, I agree I just hope something worse is not in the mix.
I'm confused why is there so much hate on Origin? I have no issues with it. It is free , right? So why the hate on it?
Any ways good news for right now about the online pass. Such an annoyance. For Madden I had to go and buy when I borrowed it from a friend this year damn![]()
That guy should get a job.
I'm using Tapatalk 2 and the Cleveland Browns STILL suck.
According to a report on VGChartz, gamers spent $65B on video games in 2012. I don't think it's a dying industry. Saturated, yes. Dying, no.
