Why would Wildcat at the goalline not be considered "straight" or sim? Added, it's not like I only call one play out of it... I call dives, powers, sweeps, throwback screens, HB pass, PA pass, counter, etc.

simply, I just wonder if when the QB takes off forward by himself that close to the goal line if the defense AI ever reacts properly at all.
that close to the goal line the line of scrimmage is the same thing practically not that far apart and wont necessarily fail when calling a straight QB run... I don't know just thinking out loud.....I don't care if wildcat is called in the middle of the field because I immediately QB spy 3 or 5 guys and the QB goes nowhere LOL. I don't like tolerating a play that says my defenders aren't allowed to recognize the QB as a runner because you cant man him up with a red line or an icon above his head. I'm not getting into some silly straight/sim debate or raising hell about it.
just merely questioning if AI is still made stupid when you call it or not. Its obvious the game still sucks defenders away from the play when certain options are called to create the illusion of success.

I can't believe those punts are allowed. We had a guy doing punts like that in our OD and it was banned. It's pretty much impossible for the return guy to field in the air or even stop before it skids for another 10 yards. That's something that is never ever seen in real football which makes it really, really unsim.
