    Apparently this happens often in Mexico where I thought I read on facebook this originated. I agree though this is crazy and shouldn't happen.

    Actually, it's my understanding from the actual TV report, that he didn't kill the dude because of how they end the TV report, but, yeah, that dude should be covered in blood or at least have some on his clothes or somethin'.

    No the hitchhiker said it looked like he literally just killed somebody, meaning the guy he creamed with his car. And if he didn't hit him on the head with the hatchet he would have killed the lady too.
