It's getting ripped on their forums by people that used to play a different version of the game (before the steam release). Apparently it used to be more about building stuff and less about just hopping over obstacles with rocket boots and shit. Sounds pretty lame actually.

Oh, it definitely looks interesting, but reading some of the posts on the steam forums for the game, people are pretty pissed that it's gotten through in basically an Alpha stage because of the Steam Greenlight system that Steam has implemented basically allowing games that aren't finished to be put on Steam without any indication that they aren't finished.Ahhh good thing you guys are here to weed out the crappy games

They shouldn't charge for games in that state.
They normally don't without specifically saying what state the game is in (Don't Starve, for example, specifically stating that it's in Beta and that the final release date is March of 2013), but there's a loophole or some shit with the new Greenlight stuff, so you have to really do your research on those games before you buy them.
It's really disgusting that Steam is allowing this to happen though, but, at least, if you bitch to them about a game like that, they'll give you your money back.
Since it looks like Torchlight II isn't coming to consoles, I'll take advantage of the 50% off deal at Gamefly today for $9.99.

It looks like it's just one executible file that the whole game is on. No install or anything. It comes in a zip file from Media Fire, but when you open the file, just drag the .exe file to a folder or your desktop.
I don't recall it being mentioned before, but Street Fighter X Mega Man was fan-created. That's awesome -- both inspiring and fuck-he's-so-much-better-than-me depressing.

Holy hell it's difficult too. I was never AMAZING at Megaman, but it's TOUGH. Definitely gonna have to play the hell out of this the next few days.
