A guy that covers ULL was on the radio here locally and saying as he heard it, after Cristobal got a nice bump in pay last year after turning down Pitt, they essentially told him "don't go looking for another job". Supposedly this year when USF came open, he interviewed with USF and that's why he was canned in addition to the 3-9 season.

Umm why not? He can coach some football and please dont give me that character stuff, I thought it was dumb that Arkansas fired him for cheating on his wife. That means 50% of married men need to be fired and probably close to 100% of athletes are not "character guys"
