If people don't have a problem with running up the score then they shouldn't have a problem with taunting and celebrations either. Going deep in the 4th quarter with that monster lead was not sportsmanlike.
He got beat. Covering receivers is a job he gets paid to do. He did not do it well and pulled a childish stunt flipping the bird. He was in no place to taunt.
What if the score was 70-0? Still no issues throwing it deep? Does sportsmanship only belong in amateur sports or are you ok if a team of 10 year olds ran up the score in a local game?
Most youth leagues up to HS have mercy rules. Not a very good comparison to a professional team that just won the Super Bowl, heavily on the backs of their defense.
OU once beat Texas A&M 77-0. I felt no pity for A&M. They even kneeled to not score a touchdown, which to me is even more embarrassing for the opponent than scoring.

So glad Miami fired Gase. Never higher than 24th in point differential in 3 years. Talent is an issue but the team under achieved and his offence was garbage. Way too conservative and his personal decisions were dumb. Didn’t even use Kenyan Drake properly. Had a massive ego and I was surprised to see so many former and current Dolphins happy with this. Jarvis Landry and Jordan Phillips weren’t surprises but Cam Wake, Frank Gore, Kenyan Drake didn’t want him back. Good riddance. Any team that hires him as an OC or HC is making a mistake. His reputation was solely based on piggybacking off Peyton success in Denver.

That one PI they missed was atrocious but even so, they had plenty of chances to win the game. Zuerlein just nailed those last two FG's.
