it'd be significantly harder for me to provide for my family. Trump offers the possibility of my family being able to live off of one income instead of forcing both parents to work full time and overtime just to make ends meet.

I apologize to any if I've offended them. It was not my intention. Disagree with me all you want but I ask we keep it respectful.

My family and I have lived off one income for the past 5+ years now as my wife stayed at home until our son started school this fall. Even were able to send him to a private pre-school last year and bought a decently sized house in that same year. She now works part time (10 hours/week) at a pre-school but it's just to help out because of how helpful she was as a volunteer.

No aid, assistance or anything else.

Sure health insurance is a big cost but it was the same high cost years before at my jobs.

So thankfully I've been blessed enough for my family and I to have gotten along fine under the previous administration. We will do the same when we have another child lord willing.

Everyone that voted for Trump, how can you vote for someone that intentionally spews forth the type of hate, racism, sexism, and xenophobia that he's spewed forth? Do you not care about your fellow man? Do you not see how him being President validates all the shit he said and makes it okay? Never before has someone been running for President and been accused of the things he's accused of (he still has a trial in December for allegedly RAPING A 14 YEAR OLD GIRL, mind you) and still won. Do you not see how that type of shit just proves that we, as a country, are still fucked and need someone that's actually going to close those divides instead of continuing to divide the country? Do you not see that? Or do you think it's all a lie to make Trump look bad? It's all the media twisting what happened?

Negative
1. More god and guns, a formula for disaster.

2. The banks and corporations will still run our country into the ground by buying politicians.

3. More unnecessary racial tension.

4. More war.

Positives
1. No more Obamacare.

2. No more Clintons.

3. Perhaps, a more secure homeland.

What we would have gotten with Clinton:

Negative
1. The banks and corporations would still run our country into the ground by buying politicians.

2. More Obamacare.

3. More Clintons.

4. Perhaps, a less secure homeland.

5. More war.

Positives
1. Less racial tension?

2. Less reliance on fossil fuels/foreign oil?

3. Maybe police reform?

Just remember, if Trump does not put Hillary in prison (he won't) then he has already lied. He used that over and over to fire up his hillbilly followers. Boy are they going to be disappointed.

Bottom line:

As the middle class, we will gain some things and lose some things. Our lives won't be significantly better or worse. We will be used and oppressed. It will be the same as any administration before. It wouldn't be different with Hillary either.

Until the $$$ is taken from politics, we (the middle class) will all suffer.

I agree with Steeler for the most part. I don't have a strong opinion when it comes to liberal vs conservative policies. What I do care about and what should matter to all of us is how he ran his campaign. A legitimized hate, racism, sexism, sexual assault, etc...
