I'm more of the mind-set that if it's not really really broken don't fix it, sure it might be different than it was in previous versions but change isn't always bad. Now if it's 100% broken, then yes patch it, but why change it just because people are resistant to change? If you like the old way, play the older version. No?
Like Skip seems to be saying here, he's learned to like the new game, he's liking the new features, he's not saying how previous ways were better, I assume if he liked the older version he'd put that disk back in his machine.
