I put recruits that I feel I have a good chance at signing there so that I can then take them on the practice field and see how they translate. It also helps determining whether an ATH can be a really good QB or if he needs to play a different position. Two tips: 1) AWR ratings for recruits typically are around 50... some higher, some lower 2) Safeties are about 3-4 OVR points lower on TeamBuilder than they are in-game.
