Yep - and key for me is how easy it is to keep the camera in 3rd person view to avoid (i.e. can I just lock it in at 3rd person and not have to worry about accidently click the wront button to switch it back to 1st person)

The XB1 controls were leaked and it looks like it may be something you switch with the back button. So maybe the touchpad on PS4? Of course anytime you go into VATS Combat, it probably does throw you into a FPS scenario as you pick the part of the body you wish to aim for.
