How can I upload an XBOX1 clip here or to youtube? How do you capture the link or address?

I've used the Upload Studio on Xbox1 and can now see it on my PC under my Xbox.com login, but I'd like to post it elsewhere.

In this clip you can see what happens when you celebrate too soon. I told my 7 year old DO NOT DO IT! He learned the hard way.
