Could be she just misinterpreted who Azor Ahai actually is...she thought it was Stannis but her leaving back to the wall kinda reinforced that fact.

Kit Harrington was quoted in an interview saying he won't be back but it could just be the producers blowing smoke. I guess we'll have to wait and see.
