Against the Bills or the Browns? Gotta make those new owners happy after all!

Or maybe the Chiefs. After all, gotta calm the masses in Ferguson, Missouri.

That's a good point. Ram seems to always be early with everything. He must suffer from premature ejaculation.

they are and will be fading. What have the Saints done since they won their one shot ? nothing. They wont be a factor for years to come. The same thing is happening to Seattle. They will never be any form of a consistent dynasty.

you need to look at the league from a historical business perspective. Team aren't bad because of a player/coach/owner. The nfl just chooses which outcome will be more entertaining and profitable and the Saints and Seattle just aren't worth long term success.

They are fading? #1 seed in the NFC is hardly fading. Try again buttercup.

Then why aren't the New York teams, Dallas, Houston, Chicago, Atlanta always successful if the league is trying to maximize profits? Why does Green Bay have arguably the best QB? The league would make WAAAAY more money if Rodgers were a Jet.

Seriously, you can't get much more maximized profits than 49ers vs Dallas or 49ers vs Giants or Dallas vs Giants in the NFC Championship Game. Yet two of those three never made the playoffs. How odd.

Lol, like I said the other day, I'm split. As a Broncos fan, I would love them to win the Super Bowl, especially while Peyton is still around as I fear for the post-Peyton future. However, a tiny part of me can fully accept Denver losing, preferably before the Super Bowl, and having Seattle win two years in a row. I'd be willing to take one for the team.

So they've been to the playoffs 9 of the last 12 years, 2 SuperBowls and potentially one this year would make 3 appearances in the last 12 years and as Smooth has pointed out have a young team that is locked up for awhile.... yeah they are fading alright.

Not to mention they've had the best defense in terms of YPG over the past two months by A MILE.

And probably only lose Maxwell from that defense next year.
