    What was he being arrested for?

    In the past it was for untaxed cigarettes. This had nothing to do with that other than harassment it looks like. There was no purpose for an arrest it appears other than I guess you are suppose to shut up and bend over even if you aren't in the wrong

    if that's resisting arrest to provoke that response....wow.

    And yeah I know about if you can talk you can breathe.

    However he obviously was struggling to speak and....what do you know turns out he died from result of the chokehold..
