I honestly am apathetic to the whole thing (within reason for the most part). I know nothing about this but heard multiple reports that the investigative report and legitimate witness's and all the so called evidence clear the cop of any wrong doing.
they never told you early on that the kid was 6'4" 280 and running towards the cop till later.
its sad all around but most people know you never aggravate a cop to begin with. They are trained to error on the side of caution no matter what the cost. You don't make people with guns nervous.

You have literally ZERO clue about police procedures, police tactics, the justice system, the way courts work, the way police investigations and grand juries work, etc. Go to college and take at the minimum a couple of basic level criminal justice classes, get a clue of what the hell you're talking about, and then come back and we'll have a discussion.
