NCAA Football 13 - October Title Update Now Available

I was expecting one or two more uniform updates by now, especially for the teams that unveiled new default uniforms before the season began.

I was too, though there could be multiple reasons why more progress hasn't been made. Purely speculation, but perhaps certain uniforms have been denied, requested to wait until NCAA 14, etc ...
