1124?! Holy crap.
I'm fairly convinced the points in a call aren't literal to how much we're behind/ahead. But by that score, you should be leading me by about 400 this week.

I hope not![]()

Michigan Lans #18 ATH David Gibson:
Height: 6'4''
Weight: 242 pounds
Speed B+, Acceleration B-, Agility C-, Break Tackle C-, Catch in Traffic C+, Route Running C
Gibson is a tall, rangy hybrid wide receiver/H-back that is very effective as a short and intermediate pass catcher. He is tall with good overall bulk and the frame to add considerable size and strength in a short period of time. He is a prospect with deceptively good straight-line speed if he can get into the open field. Has upside as a redzone jump ball target because of his height and long arms. Gibson can be an imposing figure off the line. Uses his frame and size to gain position and shield defenders from the ball. Is a big target and can adjust to poorly thrown balls very well. Has very good hands, extends away from his frame and above his head to pluck balls and can win in a crowd. He is tough and when he plays out of the slot he is a real factor due to his size and ability to stretch the seam. Is not afraid to make plays over the middle and is a very reliable when working against zone coverage underneath. He shows flashes of taking the short catch and turning it into a big gainer when he gets a seam. He is not going to be a guy that is flashy or sudden in his change-of-direction so he needs some open field to showcase his top end speed. Will surprise you with his ability to win some footraces which is why he could be a real factor as an H-back. Gibson does show some stiffness through his hips as a runner and is not overly elusive which is why he would be considered more of a possession type player. However, he is athletic and very productive. Gibson is a solid prospect with measurables and redeeming qualities.
4-star DE Matt Wilson
6'1 240lbs Middleton, WI
Wilson is a classic 3-4 Defensive End with excellent strength and moves to get to the QB. His speed will hinder him somewhat but once he gets to fall camp we'll be able to determine whether he fits in as a pass-rush DT or a run-stopping DE.
5-star #1 WR William Schroeder
6'1" 202lbs Wadsworth, OH
Willy will be a tremendous asset to our program. He has sticky glue on his hands, and I mean it too.
CTH-C+
SPC-B+
CIT-B+
RTR-B-
REA-B+
He doesn't have great speed, but he has good speed. B spd, B Agi.
I wanted to see if I could bounce something off of you guys. Since he is a soft commit right now, I feel it is safe to talk about him and the fact no one is going after him LOL. I have a SO, RS SO, FR and FR as my QB's on my team so QB's were the furthest from my mind going into recruiting. Then the #1 QB just so happens to love PSU, has me #1 on his board and I feel obligated at giving him a scholly. Was this right? And since i did this another local in State QB has an throw power of A+, I want to see what his cannon can do so I gave him a scholly as well. I could end up with 6 QB's on my roster which is totally insane.
You have the freedom to build your roster as you see fit. If that means you have 6 QB's, well only one can see the field at a time.
I'm going to pass on the 4* with A+ throw power I think. He may end up at WVU it appears.
I am going to sign that #1 QB just because, he is an instate kid and I like to attempt to protect my turf so to speak. One reason I pushed so hard for that #1 WR was just to steal him from Jeff, LOL.
FSU Grabs star Duo from Bellview
Brian Gaines OT( (#8) 4* from Bellview, FL 6'7 302lbs
prototypical size for an offensive tackle, Brian chose FSU over Tennessee and UGA though fsu has been way out in front since week 2. With less than ideal ACC (C+) and AGI (D) he could be a candidate to play Center in the future, his regular pB and rB stats are C but the 4 other blocking stats all check in at B-, so depending on how his redshirt year goes he will either be slotted at RT or C.
Quentin Dawson TE (#4) 4* from Bellview, FL 6'7 235 lbs
Quentin selected FSU over ACC rivals Va Tech and Miami. Great size and speed make Dawson a great prospect for the TE position, B- speed but C+ AGI and ACC give him some good quiicks for a player his size, if he can work on his catching (C) CIT (C-) he could be a real star. He is already a great run blocker (B-) playing in the Bellview run heavy offense with team mate Brian Gaines, so coach fsuprime will not have to convince him to do the dirty work that the position requires.

Damn I literaly just finished trying to recruit him a half an hour ago. It listed us both at 100% so I thought I had a shot. Oh well I totally forgot that a new pool of players will be released after the season is over.
We did snag up
#7 QB
4-star
Jamaal Booth
6'-1"
214 lbs
Sayreville, NJ
Scrambler
B speed, B agility, B throw power, C throw accuracy
Oh, I knew.
If I don't end up signing a WR this year, please feel free to change his name to David Boston. If for no other reason than just to tweak the hell out of me every time we play.
EDIT: Strange thing ... when I logged in this morning, he was showing as the #2 WR.
Twitter: @3YardsandACloud
I thought for sure he was #1 and by the sounds of it so did you. I looked online here but it doesn't give that information, from what I can find.
I will be sure to change his name if you don't land one.
I just went through and realized that I'm behind on both MLB's that I hitting hard and heavy and not making up ground. So I added a couple I found searching around. It was tough but I have a couple of prospects that will take a few years to develop which is OK.
That Center you have a soft commit from was bothering me. I have been on him all year each and every week and still can't get on his good side. Not sure what to do other then start throwing money at the boy to open his eyes into coming to Happy Valley.
Another note, I for the first time this year decided today would be a fun day to do my recruiting online and it worked really good. I had no problems but that doesn't mean a whole heck of a lot. I just thought I'd share that with everyone.
I have to do something, after seeing all the commits and seeing FSU in front of almost all my targets I starting to offer cash and free liqour
Michigan picks up two more:
Nick Cleveland HB #5
5'9''
203 LBS
Lamesa, TX
Speed B, Acceleration B+, Agility B, Break Tackle C+, Carying C, Trucking B, Elusiveness C, BC Vision B-, Strength B-, Catching C-, Spin Move C, Juke Move B, Route Running C-
Cleveland already looks like a college back physically and possesses similar downhill power. Built low to the ground with a thick, very solid base. Extremely difficult to wrap up cleanly with his low center of gravity. He can make the first defender miss through the hole and cutback with more-than-adequate sharpness, redirection and stop-start skill. Doesn't give defenders a lot of direct shots and can get thin to slide through the smaller creases. However, his production stems from yards after contact and his ability to consistently break first contact. A load to take down when he squares up out of his cuts and gets downhill behind his pads. Shows flashes of good quickness and momentum through the hole; suddenness is inconsistent though. At times he appears to build speed and lacks great initial burst out of his cuts. Bounces off most arm-tackles with his compacted thickness and great balance. Has thicker thighs, a wide hip-base and powerful lower-body to pull through tackles, absorb the big hit and keep forward progress. Does a great job keeping his legs moving on contact. Flashes good quickness through the second level and shows he can change gears to separate. Has a very good blend of speed and power but not a homerun threat when projecting for the next level. We do not see him consistently separating from or eluding major level defensive backs. May be scheme limited to downhill, power-running offenses and will need to run with consistent downhill authority to continue producing at the next level. Overall, Cleveland flashes the speed-to-power combination coveted in a college load-back. Looks to have the strength, durability and determination to carry the rock and wear down a defense.
Ronnie Lewis WR #34
6'5''
205 LBS
Cedar Lake, IN
Speed B+, Acceleration B, Agility B-, Catching C-, Route Running C-, Catch in Traffic B-, Spectacular Catch B-, Jumping B, Release B-, Carrying C, Break Tackle C-
Lewis is a mammoth target to say the least. He stands as listed and possesses a huge wingspan and long levers. He is a lot like Kyle Prater in terms of measurables and we suspect that in time he could develop into a hybrid H-back/WR and maybe a fulltime TE as well. Possesses tremendous height and is a one-on-one nightmare on fades, redzone shots and underneath slants and crossing routes. Is capable of outmuscling and shielding DB's from the ball and makes for a wide catch radius for his QB to hit the strikezone. He is a galloper out wide, not doubt about it, but he does also possess very good speed given his size. Climbs the ladder and can be a load when he gets rolling. He is a very natural pass-catcher. Has big, strong hands and the wide catch radius to haul in poorly thrown balls. Focus and concentration when in a crowd is very strong and he does a great job of adjusting to the ball when it is in the air at the last second. Does an excellent job of securing the ball in traffic. Wins more jump balls than most receivers not only because of his size, but timing as well. Is a serious weapon inside the red zone, especially at this level. He is a highly competitive player and works to get to the football. However, while Lewis is smooth for his size he is not very crisp when it comes to running routes. Rounds off too many of his breaks and still has room to improve with his overall footwork. Must gear down too much going into and out of cuts. He is so tall that his pad level can be high and it makes it difficult for him to juke and cut with ease which is why he is not a huge threat to make people miss after the catch. Strength and size advantage are what he thrives on especially in the red area, but in the open field he can be a load to tackle and will drag defenders in space. Obviously Lewis is not a blazer, but he has other attributes. Overall, Lewis may be a guy that outgrows the WR position, but he is ultra athletic and possesses some real issues because of his height and strength when matched-up one-on-one.
I lost a soft commit to Tennessee, he gave me the softie last week then changed his mind. Oh the computer, grrr. He was the 5* #2 DT Keith Gunn was his last name. Big big boo.
