Also, if no one hasn't yet, you should definitely check out the new update to Team Fortress 2: Man vs Machine. I've not had as much fun in a co-op game in a LONG time. It's fun as hell. I'll be playing more over the next few evenings before Guild Wars 2 drops on Saturday so be on and I'll invite ya to come play with me.![]()

its a shit load of content, sometimes i forget some of the stuff in there myself… but thats a pretty solid run down of what the collection includes.
Tell a friend! i made this one for the fans, its an interesting collection that really shows the over arching themes in my work.. im suprised how many things in isaac are featured in it.
August 31st! BE THERE!
Yup. I'll definitely be purchasing that.
Yeah, I_OU, that's one reason I was stunned you'd never played CS. Seems right up your alley (though I understand hardware limitations).

Yeah, it's too facebooky for me. I don't mind it, though. I don't really look at that particular section of Steam anyway.
Picked up Just Cause 2 for $3.49 on Steam. I've been wanting to try it out for awhile now and with that price and all the rave the multiplayer mod has been getting recently, figured the time was never better.
Amazon PCDD is having a daily sale until 9/9 with new deals each day. Today's bundles are:
Desert to Sea Bundle: $19.99 (all activate on Steam)
Spec Ops: The Line
Bioshock
Bioshock 2
and:
The WTF Pack: $19.99 (all activate on Steam)
Borderlands GOTY
The Darkness II
Duke Nukem Forever
Wow. I might be tempted on the Spec Ops: The Line pack. I HATE Bioshock, but $20 for Spec Ops isn't bad at all since it's still $50 on Steam normally.
I've read that around Labor Day they will have Max Payne 3 and GTA IV Complete in a pack for $24.99. I'll be all over that if it's true.
I haven't read through all 16 pages but if you haven't tried Company of Heros, you should give it a shot. I picked up the Anthology on amazon a few months ago. I think they have specials for it on Steam. Talk about a game where you can really loose hours. I've played it with a few buddies online, basically a "capture the flag" take over the areas of the map through battles. You have to build units and then you control their movements. It's a great RTS game. The campaigns are also pretty good as you can be either the Americans, the Allies or the Germans.
Here is the trailer for the game:
Here is a video of actual gameplay: it would be nice to find some without commentary.
There are support forums for the game and some people have made more detailed uniforms, tank camp/paintjobs, etc... it's all pretty simple to add-on.
I'm excited to see the sequel http://www.ign.com/articles/2012/07/...tic-experience
This has some cool news about the new one coming out soon: http://connecteddigitalworld.com/201...gamescom-2012/

Max Payne 3 + GTA IV Complete(Both require Steam) for $24.99 Today ONLY
Now that it's here I'm a little unsure to pull the trigger. I never liked GTA IV, so I think I'll wait until Max Payne 3 is a lower price personally. It's been dropping like a rock in price.
Basement Collection is now on Steam. $3.99 regularly or $2.79 if you own one of his games(like Isaac).
Also, anyone else think that They Bleed Pixels looks really sweet? I'm going to ATTEMPT to wait for a sale, but I'm guessing I cave by the end of next week...if even that long.
