If you add both Split - Pro and Split - Army Split to the same Custom PB, they're on two different pages, both named "Split", when you search for your play by Formation.

I would like to either see create a play or the ability to save hot routes that I use every play so I don't have to select my MLB put him on qb spy then switch back to my de who I user every pre snap
Adding formations to an existing playbook is still an adventure. I added a bunch of additional Ace formations to the Boston College playbook tonight, and they were added in no discernible order. As well, the formations that were already part of the playbook were rearranged into a nonsensical order.

Yeah, I don't have this problem with my offensive playbook as the only 2 formation I have (outside of special teams) is Pistol and Wishbone (Tight as my "goalline set") but my defensive playbooks are an absolute mess. I don't know where in the hell certain formations are.
Id love to see some Wing T, even though no teams run it.. It would be nice, playing as UD, now that they have old School stuff like wishbone and power i...
If possible, the ability to arrange formations and formations within formations to the users liking.
they need dynamic rivalrys, where if ur competetive with a team for consecutive years, they become a rival. Also i liked the old dorm they had in road to glory, they should bring that back.
regarding formation subs within a playbook, we currently have a reset feature that sets any special placements back to the default settings. it'd be nice if they made it to where you could reset everything to original or just reset a certain formation (while keeping everything else).
i cant stress the need enough that we need to have, at the very least, some kind of formation, play, or package editor for our playbooks. if you're a hardcore fan of this series, you've seen the same looks ever since the current gen took over. some kind of play/formation/package editor would bring a new element to the table as we could alter placement of players, presnap movement of players (like the new cover 3 bluff plays on defense), and modifying routes on certain plays (permanently changing the type of zone a defender is playing, or permanently changing a route that a wr runs).
*Ability to create/edit plays (Using only routes already in the game a la NFL Head Coach) and formations
*Ability to adapt plays from one formation to another (ie adapt buck sweep from SG Normal HB Wk to SG Normal)
*Ability to arrange formations within playbooks (Ability to make Ace my last formation before Goal Line and Special Teams) and sets within formations
*Ability to select formation audibles
*Ability to make our own packages within sets (i.e. Giants Nascar Package, 4 DEs)
*Options for Weakside/Strongside, Field/Boundary, Slot/Flanker, Stand-Up End, H-Back
*Ability to rename positions and criteria for position (i.e. Leo replaces WSE and criteria is LB/DE)
*Ability to man lock receivers

expanding on the 120+ ways to win slogan from a couple of years ago, we need expanded and multiple types of depth charts. there's no reason for an air raid type of offense to use the same setup of depth chart that a triple option team uses.
custom depth charts, where we determine how many slots are available for each position would work too. another option would be to just double the amount of slots available for every position. not every slot has to be filled though. there are currently 5 open spots for kick and punt returning on the depth chart.....there wouldnt be reason to have a list 10 deep of who your kick returners are. however the case is mostly for air raid/run&shoot offenses that require a large amount of wr's. additionally, i think users shouldnt have to follow the position requirement rules. i know those are in place mainly for the cpu, but this is one area where i dont think the user should have to follow the same set of guidelines.
more slots available on the depth charts would also help eliminate some personnel bugs that occasionally happen (mostly when extreme fatigue issues happen). ex: if i'm down to my 13th option at cornerback, i dont want a 65 speed quarterback subbed in, when i have a 94 speed wr available. overall, though, i think that more control could be given to the user, and the current setup in place is a limiting factor, which hurts the game.
There's not enough gadget trick plays! Every team has one, but I never see them!
