Nope, you get a strike. Third strike they ban your account. You can then make another one and do it again.
As someone who sells on eBay fairly regularly, I really wish they would make it one account per address or something similar. That way when fuckers don't pay, they can't just continually do it. It's a pain in the ass to file a claim, wait a week, close it, open up the listing, and then wait for it to end again and cross your fingers they pay this time.
How does a 32 year old man have the time/money to make that collection in the first place?

One could say that, as well as one could also say that the majority of people can't play football (either ever or anymore or not at the level that football video games attempt to allow you to mimic), but a large majority of people can play foosball in actual real life throughout their lifetime.
Like why the fuck would you play checkers online? Hell, let's play the old simple card game War in video game format? Some things just aren't needed.
In other words, with all the games out there and interesting stuff to do, why bother with a simplistic thing you could do every day? (The Sims fans can go fuck themselves)
You play checkers online to play people far away that you couldn't play in person.
