I gave up COD after Black Ops. Too many 12 year olds running around talking crap and using ridiculous weps. At least BF i can get distance a snipe a bitch.

They're both pretty crappy when you consider they both have infinite budgets. The only thing that saves BF3 is the excellent map design.

If it's anything like Bad Company 2 (which I'm sure it is, because, just like MW3, they recycled pretty much everything from it), it's a bit over the top. Missiles barely do shit to them but a tank can demolish them singlehandedly.

I think Bad Company 2 used Frostbite 1, and Battlefield 3 uses Frostbite 2.

I was much more impressed with the destructible environments in Bad Company 2 than I was with BF3. I've barely even noticed the destruction while playing BF3 so far, but yes, it's definitely better than MW3 where there's literally zero destruction.

I see it a ton. There is always rubble flying in the games I play. I think certain maps see it a lot more though.
