Keyser, I've emailed the dev the latest information. I'll let you know what I hear back. All that said though, now that we've gone through all of the steps we have, I feel fairly confident that your Transfer Failed error is not the same type of error that the developers were/are working 24 hours a day on. I'm assuming that you have a corrupt profile or something like that that's specific to you (who knows, maybe a small number of users) and unless we were to contact them directly about your profile, it might not have ever been fixed (this is 100% assumption on my part). That said, I was expecting something like this might be the case and that the "tier 3" support might have been able to do the same research that you & I have done and been able to create a support ticket that would actually fix it (without having to get the devs involved).
do you want me to post my support ticket here from when I called? supposedly there is someone working on it at the tier 3 level now.... you can pass that ticket information on then if you want. it was a pretty lengthy phone call that i had to wait on hold for nearly 20 minutes to begin with before starting.
