I'll pass on all of the latest details and see what they say. No clue how quickly they'll get back to me but it obviously sounds like a somewhat specific issue.
If you do that, exit the OD and then come back in I'm willing to bet that it didn't actually save that "ready to advance" state. Something to try if you want but I don't think it adds much more info.

actually when I go back in it says: Waiting for commissioner with a green dot. so at least from my xbox it appears to remember that I hit it.... strange I can make no other changes though to my team at all.

The morsdraconis of July would have told the morsdraconis of September and October to take a hike and go back to the other forum and bitch about the game because its obvious that you don't like it and this is a forum for people who want to talk and play NCAA game. yeah, that was suggest on some other page. after i did that i had to figure out how to get the game code back into my xbox.... none of that helped. i still could not even create an OD

Yeah... I've given him just about every troubleshooting step I could possibly think of. As well, he's able to load his buddy's gamertag and save results just fine. It's something to do with his specific user profile on NCAA's OD servers.
Keyser, I've emailed the dev the latest information. I'll let you know what I hear back. All that said though, now that we've gone through all of the steps we have, I feel fairly confident that your Transfer Failed error is not the same type of error that the developers were/are working 24 hours a day on. I'm assuming that you have a corrupt profile or something like that that's specific to you (who knows, maybe a small number of users) and unless we were to contact them directly about your profile, it might not have ever been fixed (this is 100% assumption on my part). That said, I was expecting something like this might be the case and that the "tier 3" support might have been able to do the same research that you & I have done and been able to create a support ticket that would actually fix it (without having to get the devs involved).
There's a difference between mors' bitching about the game, and the bitching about the game others from Utopia and OS were doing.
do you want me to post my support ticket here from when I called? supposedly there is someone working on it at the tier 3 level now.... you can pass that ticket information on then if you want. it was a pretty lengthy phone call that i had to wait on hold for nearly 20 minutes to begin with before starting.
I don't think that will necessarily help this instance... you're welcome to post it and if they ask for it, I'll pass it on, but I don't know that it get us much further in the process.
