Thanks to catching up on That Metal Show on VH1 Classic yesterday, I have heard of a new "supergroup" (Glenn Hughes, Jason Bonham, Derek Sherinian, Joe Bonamassa) of a band called Black Country Communion....good straight forward 70's style rock.

It's not bad. Not something I'm going to actively listen to often, but it's definitely not bad/horrible. I have a hard time with post rock bands and it's really not explainable why I like/dislike one of them when I can like one that's almost exactly the same just fine. Even when the above song crescendos at the end, I just don't get the goosebumps from it that I get from other bands that do something similar.

The new Anthrax album kicks ass.
Giving it a listen right now on Spotify. The radio song that I heard off the album was fuckin' terrible. It was basically just re-recording Among The Living with new lyrics.
And, the rest of the album is just as meh.Radio songs to the death of Anthrax.
