It might not legally be stealing. But yes, morally, it is stealing. Show me a used game that has been out for less than a couple months for only $5 or $10. Intentionally taking a game and just passing it around from person to person to essentially let them "steal" the game for $5 or $10 instead of paying market price is right up there. Especially when it's the intent from the beginning like you say. And when game companies go under, the fucktards doing that will only have themselves to blame.
