It is VERY much the problem with this country's educational system. The responsibility is SOLELY on the teacher to get these morons to learn something instead of it being on the kids to actually pay attention and learn something. I firmly believe that this ADHD and ADD epidemic is total bullshit. It all stems from kids just not being disciplined at home to act like normal human beings and then continues in the classroom where they think being disruptive and acting out is a way to get attention and to prevent them from having to be held accountable for their poor learning patterns.

That's not to say that there are also awful teachers out there as well. I had a few in my day, but, for the most part, the real problem with the educational system starts at home.
