What is everyone having on game day?

Me personally its gonna be hot dogs on the grill with some chili cheese fries. Then some chips and salsa and for dessert PUMPKIN PIE.

I usually get a crap ton of chips, salsa, and queso. And pizza, usually.

Sometime later this season I'll probably try the gameday stew I had last year. It was really good, but there was a lot of it.

REDNECK SUSHI

This is something that me and my friends have fun with during one of our many drunken parties growing up.

This is my favorite quick meal. it is taking small chunks of chicken and soaking that in BBQ sauce for about 30 minutes. Then take small pieces of cut onion, like 1/4 inch slabs of it, jalapeno pepper slices, and bacon to make what we call Redneck Sushi.

You take the chicken, onion, jalapeno slices and wrap it in bacon. Then cover with more BBQ sauce and cook on low heat on grill till the chicken is done (never leave it as the grease from the bacon, well you get the point). Use a toothpick to hold together.
