Got through the Amateur Showcase, and first four starts. I'll update tomorrow.

My career has gotten off to a great start in Double-A Arkansas. In four starts I have a 1-0 record, posting a 2.00 ERA, with 23 K's in 27 innings. I also have a nice healthy WHIP of 1.07. I'm starting to know how it feels being Jeff Samardzija for the Cubs earlier this season as the bullpen has blown two of my leads this season. The only worrisome stat at this time is the 25 hits given up in 27 innings. That is good for an opponent's average of .243 against me. That is something I will want to work on with my next training progression I think.

You did a great job at the rookie showcase! Clearly I needed more practice before I played. A first round pick is very impressive. I would suspect you will be at AAA by the mid-point of the season. What is your overall rating and potential?

Really? I would have thought you would have been much higher? I started as a 51 and an F potential. Now I am 54 and a D. I don't think I will ever get a call up to AAA. It seems though that The Show does ratings a lot different than EA. Rating in general seem to be lower and much more spread across the spectrum.

You're lucky. I strained my MCL in my RTTS and was put on the 15 day DL. I ended up missing 19 games due to injury.
