. These two teams were completely even in the ratings. Both teams leaned on the running game most of the day. A few big runs and a late INT were the difference for the Miners.

I am leaving to go out of town tomorrow. I won't be back until the morning of Saturday August 10. My week 6 game is against LA Tech (ecirpwehttam). If the next week is set to advance before my return date then he can just play the CPU. I put myself on autopilot.
You would think a game this close would be fun. Nope. There is just no defense. The coverage is horrible...I sure hope they tune or patch something soon.

Well good news is I finished a game. Bad news is I lost to Army (Gibo) 38-24. Game was close going into the fourth quarter 21-17. Gibo fumbled in his own half and instead of diving on it I tried to pick it up and return it and alas I missed the ball and he recovered. that proved to be the turning point in the game and Gibo would go on to close it out thanks to timely screen plays and me turning the ball over on an option and then an INT.
Scored a soft consolation TD at the end and Gibo kneeled it out for the victory.
His pass defense was great every time I though i had someone open deep his safety appeared out of nowhere to either swat it or pick it.
Good game XUSE ! I got a lot of lucky breaks in the second half. A very tight game until the two big plays I got in the fourth, I will be looking forward to a rematch, I will come to Memphis next time! TC my friend !

FAU with a bad loss to Rice 35-10.
Rice's rushing attack was impressive, gaining over 200+ on the ground.
The passing attack killed FAU. The QB went 22/28 for 259 yds and a TD - but also had 5 INT. Every pass except one was caught by somebody.
Next game up is vs UAB who got steamrolled 45-0 by one of the FCS schools last week.
