Highly Competitive Online Dynasty (Xbox)

Looking for people who want to be in a highly competitive Online Dynasty lasting many seasons, which means no leaving just becuase you lost in a head to head match cause i will set those up. I have been the creater of many dynasty's before and they always work out well

Will be looking to advance every 2-3 days and will not wait on anyone when the 3rd day is reached but will advance early if everyone is ready.

I will be creating a twitter account to keep everyone updated on what is happening in the online dynasty for example. week advances, player vs. player match ups, and signing of top recruits.
I will make conference changes when the year comes for a team to move for example Rutgers to B1G in 2014

First year difficulty will be All-American just to get your feet wet then it will be moved up to Heisman for the remainder of the dynasty. Recruiting will be on Varsity and will be moved up if the new recruiting is to easy.
