Great vids! It is amazing how much larger we are today. Can reall see the effect of growth hormones in our food etc.
My dad won two state championships in the 50s. They had weights and gyms and they worked out. At SC he told me a BIG lineman was 250/260lbs. My point is that most of the food we consume today (chicken, beef, pork etc) has been given some type of hormone. We are taller, larger and stronger (if inclined to be) than past generations. You can see it in children maturing physically more faster/earlier. This does not even address any illegal/banned substances in sports.
