New NCAA 13 Online Dynasty for 360

I'm starting a new OD for 13. 7 min quarters with adjusted sliders. Advance every 48 hours. Any team can be picked, and I will be putting all users in one conference divided geographically (East and West). So far, Michigan, Texas, and Georgia have been taken. We also have a few rules in place.

Rules:

Recruiting
4 5* recruit max. You can sign an extra 5* if you win Conference Title and National Championship (so 6 5* max)
Recruiting class can have a max of seniors leaving from team plus 3. So if you have 15 seniors on your team, you can sign up to 18 people.

Offense
Mix up play calls. Not hard. Play sim.

Defense
No run commit till your own 5yrd line.
Can only move one player MANUALLY pre-snap, and you must control them UNTIL the snap.

Player management
Can only redshirt freshmen with some exceptions (message me for the OK)
Keep players at position. Formation subs are ok, you can play corners at safety, but things like dbs at linebacker or receivers at tight end are not allowed. Again keep it realistic.

Gameplay
No Quitting, ever
Scoring cap of 70
Don't run up stats with players, put in subs when they should be in (up 28)
