Those in the Occupy Wall Street movement claim they represent the "99%" opposite the "1%" who they say control the majority of wealth and power in the country.

The sign plays upon the group's stance on the "1%" being the rich....Corso 'picked' the 1% and is wearing the Mr. Monopoly outfit.

(It's not as funny having to explain it, however. )
