OsirisMonster's Relegation Dynasty
This dynasty is based on an idea I've had since I learned about the custom conference ability in NCAA 12. A relegation dynasty similiar to English football. Basically the conferences will get divided as follows. Tier 1 consists of four 16 team conferences. These are the teams elligible to play in the top bowl games. The other eight conferences comprise Tier 2 teams. At the end of each season the top Tier 2 team replaces the bottom Tier 1 team. The only exception to this rule is that a team that just moved up the previous season can not move back down until they are in their second year of Tier 1 play and a team that is top of a Tier 2 division can not move up if they have been a Tier 2 team less then two years.

I will be starting off with a bottom level (1 star) Tier 2 team and trying to move my way up to join a Tier 1 division and win it all.
