    • Kansas from Big 12 to Mountian West
    • Indiana from Big 10 Leaders to MAC West
    • Iowa from Big 10 Legends to Big 10 Leaders
    • Notre Dame from Independants to Big 10 Legends
    • Iowa State from Big 12 to MAC West
    • Minnestoa from Big 10 Legends to MAC West
    • Ohio State from Big 10 Leaders to Big 10 Legends
    • Northern Illinois from MAC West to Big 10 Leaders
    • Wake Forest from ACC Atlantic to C-USA East
    • South Carolina from SEC East to ACC Atlantic
    • Memphis from C-USA East to SEC East
    • Vanderbilt from SEC East to MAC East
    • Louisville from Big East to SEC East
    • Buffalo from MAC East to Big East
    • Troy from Sun Belt to MAC East

    And the end result:

Complaints... feel free to rip them to shreds but just a few things I noticed

With 6 teams in the MAC, there is potential for each of us to have 5 UvU games just in conference.
I assume the MWC has significant conference rating compared to MAC or CUSA... wouldn't the WAC be a more comparable fit? Though I suppose having to play TCU balances that out some

I think what I'd rather see is turn the WAC or MWC to a 12 team conference, then put four teams in each conference (two per division). Then protect one opponent as a UvU cross-divisional rival. That way each user will have at least two UvU conference games (at most three), and then additional UvU games can be added.

    Just my thoughts.

My plan was to keep teams in their general region as I know there will be people that jump to bigger schools as soon as they can. I know it could be tough playing in the MAC, however with the CPU's ability to play a tough game we now all face the possibility of losing to the CPU. With Boise State and TCU (both A rated) in the WAC along with three user teams (Colorado, Colorado State and Kansas) things pretty much balance out. C-USA could be the easiest conference which is why I put all three users in one division with the Texas teams on the other side.

It's not set in stone yet, so I am open to changing things.

The one thing I would like to see is everyone having a CCG if at all possible.

To me as long as the user games are close to equal it doesn't matter the conferences. I wouldn't want to see Snoop playing just his 2 conference user games and like G said a MAC school playing 5.

I don't foresee this as a problem as everyone seems to like the user games and schedules them... just putting it out there.

I can move two more to the WAC, break up TCU and Boise to seperate divisons (East and West) and create a conference championship. Iowa State and Troy would be the one's to move more than likely.

If I did this the WAC would look like:

    East
    Troy
    Iowa State
    TCU
    Kansas
    New Mexico
    Wyoming

    West
    San Diego State
    Air Force
    Boise State
    Colorado
    Colorado State
    UNLV

I may bring Minnesota instead of Troy however.

That leaves only two in the West or was that the purpose?

Move two of us from the MAC to the C-USA.

*cough* Troy *cough*.. way too far away to be in the MAC.

I'm not sure, I am working my 2nd/new job right now (resigned from the old one but still have a week to go). Depends on how busy we are and if I can get on and knock it out.

Are we dead set on having 3 conferences? Otherwise, I would say move the 3 from the WAC to CUSA to make 2 6 team conferences. I and just putting it out there, doesn't matter either way really.

If we are going to be accepting new jobs with better teams, why does it matter at all? It's not like any of us will be playing in the MNC this season anyway. If there were fewer user games in season one:2012 then we could all have several games to get used to the new game and our team and strategy. I'm good with just getting rolling and realign conferences once we start getting better jobs.

I'm an outsider on this one, but Singer makes a good point. Give people a little extra slack this year, let everyone get accustomed to the game without being frustrated, then you can make moves next year.

Here is the re-alignment we are going to go with. I'll have everything setup after I go grab some food...
